How many people can we accommodate?

There will be 8 people. Please contact us if you would like to stay with more than 8 people.

What is check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is from 16:00. Check-out time is at 11:00.

Can I change my check-in and check-out times?

Changes may be possible due to preparations and cleaning for the check-in and check-out dates, so please contact us.

When making a reservation, please make a dinner reservation. Please note that reservations may not always be possible depending on the chef's schedule.

Can I saty with my pets?

We apologize for not being able to meet your request, but due to the maintenance and cleaning of the facility, we do not accept it.

Please tell me about the cancellation policy.

A cancellation fee will be charged 2 weeks prior to the scheduled check-in date of your reservation, and you will be charged a cancellation fee of 30% of the accommodation fee when you contact us 2 weeks to 6 days before the scheduled check-in date, and a 100% cancellation fee if you cancel within 5 days of the scheduled check-in date.
